Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hours contract. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write concise explanations of what is off, all on your own schedule.

Qualified candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to reason through realistic scenarios. A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, and you can work from anywhere in the world with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze conversations.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
