Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges for naturalness and adherence, and compare images and videos to determine which follows prompts better.

You’ll provide written explanations of what sounded off and why, all on your own schedule. Responsibilities include inspecting outputs with zoom and replay, and delivering concise, evidence-based

Qualifications

• Ideal Qualifications include fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, artifacts, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Writing a clear, evidence-based explanation in English referencing what was observed.
