Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts more closely, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
