Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, spotting artifacts or timing issues, and rating adherence, quality, and realism. Prior experience in writing concise reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
