Job summary

Outlier AI is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while you travel. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments and incentives. Full flexibility in hours, plus free access to leading LLMs to help you perform evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a nice-to-have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
