Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will remotely hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour with flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs. You can work from home or while traveling, anywhere eligible, contributing to real-world AI improvement.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts more closely.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or mismatched audio.
Writing a clear, written explanation of what was observed in each interaction.
