Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare multimedia outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
