Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a 1099 contract opportunity, you can work from home or while traveling, with paid weekly via ACH/PayPal. Earn up to $15 USD/hr plus performance incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing a detailed English explanation pointing to observed issues.
