Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Compensation is up to $15/hour with weekly payments and additional incentives. Responsibilities include ranking outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing clear, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of responses and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect AI outputs (images/videos) to spot distortions, flickers, or misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English of your judgments.
