Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating how well each exchange aligns with prompts. You will compare image and video pairs, spot issues, and explain findings in writing, all remotely on your own schedule.

We offer a freelance, 1099 contract with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $15 per hour with additional incentives based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful evaluation of outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and clear each interaction sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
