Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This freelance role offers up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Contributors help shape AI systems by evaluating realism, adherence to prompts, and overall quality, across tasks such as image, video, caption, and audio

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English describing what you saw or heard.
• Engaging in image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations as part of common tasks.
