Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image and video pairs to determine which follows prompts more accurately.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real time. Ideal candidates speak fluent English, show strong attention to detail, and can work independently with clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English describing what was observed.
