Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setting. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness, assessing adherence to prompts, and providing precise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze media outputs.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems such as distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation that points to what you saw or heard and why a decision was made.
