Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Your work helps improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world scenarios. Responsibilities include rating outputs for realism and prompt adherence, with tasks across image, video, audio, and caption evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
