Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write explanations in English describing what looked off or sounded unnatural.

Work remotely on your schedule, with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll evaluate how well outputs follow prompts, rate quality and realism, and contribute to improvements in AI systems through careful feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to explain decisions clearly in writing when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a detailed explanation in English.
