Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your schedule.

Review tasks involve comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, identify artifacts, and provide written explanations in English. Join a flexible, remote role shaping how AI systems learn and improve.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
Excellent attention to detail and patience to inspect outputs carefully.
Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
Ability to articulate judgments and provide concise explanations in English.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
