Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain what’s off in writing.

Join a global team and contribute to advancing AI systems with your careful assessments. Responsibilities include scoring exchanges, comparing videos and images to prompts, and producing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals or audio/text mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of what was observed.
