Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape AI systems by identifying errors in outputs, rating performance across dimensions, and providing written explanations. This remote role offers flexible hours and ongoing access to leading AI tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; strong written communication in everyday language.
• Excellent attention to detail; patient and thorough in reviews.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness and usefulness, and explain findings in writing.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts; identify artifacts and errors.
• Zoom in and replay outputs to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-visual misalignment.
• Provide clear, concise written explanations for why a choice was made, in English.
