Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think through complex scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and evaluating them.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely and noting issues like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise explanations in English.
