Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You’ll engage in live conversations with AI voices, compare images and videos, and clearly explain what looked off, all from a remote, flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes accurate observations, written explanations, and careful scoring across multiple dimensions to help improve AI systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each conversation sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise explanation in English describing what you observed.
