Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and assessments. Eligible candidates can work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, strong written communication, and comfort with conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and evaluate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio/video.
