Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, plus free access to leading LLMs and other incentives as you contribute to improving AI behavior.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday conversational fluency.
• Strong attention to detail, patient and able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distored anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
