Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing written analyses of each exchange, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Experience with clear communication is important.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignments.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise, evidence-based explanation.
