Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve through evaluation and feedback. Earn to participate with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and choose the better one.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a prompt or against their source.
• Video caption labeling: label first-person videos and craft precise captions from an AI draft.
• Audio and voice evaluations: rate AI speech on naturalness and voice match.
