Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, all on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to frontier research turned into real-world AI performance improvements. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Ability to explain findings with evidence in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Writing concise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
