Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looks off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking quickly and explaining reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was observed.
