Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. You will compare images and videos, identify issues, and write precise explanations in writing to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (nice to have).
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, audio-video mismatches, and text errors.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you observed.
