Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
- Inspecting outputs for distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
- Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
