Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve through evaluation feedback. You will write explanations in English and rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking spontaneously and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Eligible applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
