Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You'll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. Pay is hourly and varies by expertise, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, plus perks like free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, incl. zooming/replaying to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
