Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

This freelance, 1099 role offers flexible hours and compensation based on expertise and project needs. Contributors review images, videos, and audio to judge adherence to prompts, with pay up to $15 USD/hr and additional mission incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
