Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to discuss realistic scenarios confidently.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from listed countries (Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing precise explanations in English.
