Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and learn, earning up to $18/hour with weekly payments. Flexible, remote work from anywhere, with free access to leading LLMs and additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have
• Comfortable speaking and thinking on your feet in natural conversations
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations of what was observed.
