Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
