Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off, all on a flexible schedule.

As an Outlier contributor, you help shape AI systems by providing precise feedback. This 1099 contract role offers up to $15 per hour, weekly pay, and access to advanced LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
