Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home, with flexible hours and remote work. You will rate live conversations, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off with written feedback.

Role involves precise evaluation of prompts, adherence, quality, and realism, helping shape how advanced AI systems learn and perform in the real world. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what was observed.
