Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to see which follows prompts better, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and rating across dimensions with a written justification in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain observations.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing a concise explanation of what was observed in English, pointing to issues.
