Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere and on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and usefulness, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspect outputs for distortions and mismatches, and provide precise, written feedback. The role is remote with up to $18/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay content.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence‑based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distortions or mismatches.
• Write a detailed English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
