Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will assess outputs across multiple dimensions and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems. This role offers flexible hours and compensation up to $18 per hour, with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail during reviews.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely and point out issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed.
