Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looks or sounds off, remotely and on your own timetable.

Role focuses on evaluating adherence, quality and realism, with stipend paid weekly. Free access to leading LLMs and additional incentives support your work.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to articulate reasoning in writing when describing evaluation.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better followed the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a concise explanation in English.
