Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping frontier research become practical AI improvements.

Role pays per hour and offers flexible scheduling with weekly payments. Applicants from multiple countries can apply, with access to leading LLMs included as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
