Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off with concise, evidence-based notes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and high listening/observation skills.
• Able to explain observations with concise evidence-based reasoning.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
