Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule, using your own devices.

You will rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations in English, and help shape how advanced AI systems learn. Compensation is hourly with weekly payments and perks like free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think and speak clearly in realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge best adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in and replaying to spot issues.
• Write English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
