Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain in writing what was off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good written communication, and are comfortable forming clear judgments when faced with imperfect options. Applicants from several countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet during realistic conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options both have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models, rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what looked or sounded off.
