Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing, helping improve AI systems in real-time.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to make clear, evidence-based judgments on prompts and media quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to review outputs closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment, and explain findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and provide specific English explanations.
