Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, and write explanations of what looked or sounded wrong.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, comfortable with written analysis, and able to provide concise, evidence-based reviews. Remote work allows scheduling across multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English; rank naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge which better follows the instruction.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment, and explain findings in writing.
