Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what was off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing precise feedback for each interaction, contributing to a large-scale evaluation program with flexible hours and global participation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English describing what you saw or heard.
