Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your schedule.

Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve through a feedback loop and evaluation process. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
