Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve, by evaluating outputs and providing targeted feedback for real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely with zoom/replay to spot issues such as artifacts or misalignment.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
