Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your feedback helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will earn by tasks across image/video evaluations and provide precise explanations in English from home with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above (nice to have).
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing concise, English explanations that point to observed issues.
